• These tents are very familiar from festivals, film and TV. Indeed this tent was used as a prop in the film 'Hippie Hippie Shake' starring Sienna Miller.
• The military tent is sectional and the length can be made to the size you require.
• For use as a dining tent the most efficient seating is to use rectangular tables and benches style along the tent's length.
• The rule of thumb for seating area is to allow 1.5msq for each seated person. Using benches will reduce this to 1msq.

Suggested Floor plan with all 6 sections and long tables with dining approx 100.

• The tent is 6.5m/20ft wide
• In its smallest size it is 7m/24ft x 6m/20ft which gives an area of 48msq/480ftsq. Enough for approx 30 standing or 20 dining.
• We have four additional sections each of which adds 10ft/3m in length. When added the tent is longer while the width remains at 20ft
• In its largest size it is 6m/20ft x 21m/70ft which gives an area of 108msq/1200ftsq. Enough for approx 150 standing or 100 dining.
• The walls at the edge are approx 1.50cm/5ft high
• The ceiling is 3.6m/12ft high
• When erected the ropes will mean that the area covered is approx 9.3m/32ft wide, and 3m/10ft will be added to the length.
• There is standing room for approximately 30, or 24 seated in each section. These figures are just a guide and will depend on factors such as decor, lighting and furnishings.
• The canvas is fire retardant

• The military tent needs to be erected on level grass with an area allowing 3m larger than each of the tents dimensions.
• We cannot erect the military tent under trees
